Issue of capital and disclosure requirements regulations-2009 (updated as on august 14, 2017). 5. Foreign portfolio investor's regulations-2014 (last amended on July 20, 2017). Also, he must be proficient in: 1. Drafting Legal Opinions on various aspects of the Securities Laws. 2. Drafting and finalizing replies and appeal memos filed before Supreme Court, High Courts and Secu rities Appellate Tribunal. 3. Drafting Orders and Show Cause Notices against intermediaries under the SEBI Act 1992 and concerned regulations. 4. Drafting reply in RTI references. 5.
