Head - Legal - LLB

We have been retained by one of our MNC Clients to recruit for the following position.

Client : Our client is one of the well-known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.

Key Responsibilities :

- Legal resource to provide support to real estate & project teams.

- Managing any litigation if required.

- Liaising with External Legal Firms for any support.

- Drafting, vetting, negotiating a range of commercial and other vendor

- Drafting MOU's, Lease Deeds, Leave & License agreements & long term commercial leases

- Working on land related laws including coordinating title searches of commercial properties

- Working with external counsels on legal issues

- Good knowledge of land & retail related laws (esp. leases, licenses, etc.) and legal compliances for same

- Ability to work hard and respond within tight deadlines

- Ability to create new, and improvise existing documents (agreements, etc.) on regular basis

- Ability to work independently and to advise various in-house departments/ teams

- Strong emphasis on good quality, timely and well-presented documents

- Strong ability to plan, multi-task and organize routine work

- Ability to maintain assignment progress system (MIS) on regular (daily/ weekly) basis
