Qualified LLB for Head - Legal (litigation management and statutory compliance) - Marathi Expert Only

- Who Can Analyze, handle, advise and implement the appropriate actions for litigation management and statutory compliance in order to mitigate the risk in terms of monetary/compliance which are necessary for achieving the organization's objectives

- Experience in handling land acquisition, revenue matters, criminal cases and have handled legal & Statutory compliance issues

- Analyze and understand the root cause and planning strategy to curb the emanations of any unwarranted litigation.

- Compilation of relevant data and materials for favorable disposal of case.

- Empaneling expert lawyers. Should have good rapport with senior lawyers.

- Keep watching the progress till disposal

- Identification of Statute and applicable provisions.

- Execution of compliance by appropriate function.

- Review and supervise the compliance in regular interval.

- To meet landlords on case to case basis and convince them not to create access issues. If required file FIR's and seek police support to ensure continuous operations.

- Preferably from Real Estate or Infrastructure companies with varied experience
