Looking for a Law professional having experience in managing Civil, Criminal and Labour related legal and litigations.
Key Responsibilities :
- To ensure that the legal requirements related to running the business and managing operations are properly adhered to within framework of governing laws in various locations and geographies (local and international).
- To monitor various processes relating to business, operations & functions for their compliance; to offer advice whenever required to enable strict compliance to set policies, procedures and practices.
- Drafting & vetting of Legal documents in the likes of Joint Venture, Distributorship, Lease Deeds, Memorandum of Understanding, Legal notices & Reply to the Notices, replying to Show Cause Notices, Partnership Deeds, Indemnity Bonds, Power of Attorney, Leave & License Agreements Affidavits, Agency agreements, settlement agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, Confidentiality agreements, Service Agreements, etc. Preparing case briefs, representing the company in courts, forums, etc.
- To be a trusted advisor of the senior management and Board and to enable and guide the business heads to take judicious decisions.
- To assist in litigation's and work closely with service providers & advisors in working out best possible solutions for the group.
