Head - Legal & Litigation - BFSI

- Monitoring of Legal Matters and taking appropriate actions on time.

- Provide Legal opinion on Legal issues.

- Maintenance and updating of all legal cases in Litigation management system.

- Empanelment of new Advocates and Review of their performance.

- Apprising progress of legal matters to Management.

- Vetting of Loan Documents and providing assistance to Juniors & Seniors in execution of documents

- Knowledge of recent legal development(s).

- To appear before Courts, Tribunals and attend COC as per requirements of the matters.

- Implementation of NAR/DAR in all accounts before funding.

- Periodic meeting with Panel Advocates to discuss the progress of the matters.

- Supervise a team of Law Officers and provide direction and guidance in all legal matters.

- Supervision of the non-litigation team handing post-sanction documentation/legal documentation
