Job Description:  - Drafting and vetting of all types Contract /vetting/risk analysis  - Legal Evaluation of Tender/RFP  - Drafting of Notices  - Contract Negotiations with Domestic & International Customers.  - Review of Escrow Agreements, Software License & Maintenance Agreements, MSA, NDA, Service Agreements, EULA, Reseller Agreements, Partnership/Teaming Agreement, Managed Services Agreement etc.  - Exposure to Government Contracts  - Litigation/Arbitration.  - Development of guidance notes, work instructions and appropriate check-lists, for consistent application across the lifecycle of all regulatory/legal matters in the region and globally.  - Ability to understand the commercial requirements of a business, particularly in IT Industry with ability to identify commercial issues and demonstrate judgment in assisting businesses to reach sensible decisions  - Nice to have: Team Player.
