Company : Our client is one of the world's topmost IT company's global delivery center

Responsibilities :

General Counsel for multiple locations

- Responsible for the drafting, negotiation, maintenance, and where necessary the cancellation of customer contracts in India and the Middle East.

- Responsible for the drafting, negotiation, maintenance and where necessary the cancellation of supplier and all other third party contracts

- Responsible for legal dispute resolution with any other persons or entities making claims against the Company including in forums such as mediation, arbitration or litigation depending on the case and risk levels and amounts involved.

- Responsible for managing an in-house legal staff and leading it as an influential function in the Company.

- Responsible for providing legal representation, advice, counsel, and opinions in all areas of law affecting the
- Company and maintaining up to date knowledge of laws affecting the Company.

- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Companys senior management.

- Maintains Contract Management System (CMS), IP, governance and privacy policies, etc.

- Responsible for internal and external compliance with Company and overall Group policies and compliance with all external laws and regulations of the governments where we do business and relevant affiliate authorities. On compliance matters reports to the international head of compliance outside India.

- Supports corporate programs and rules such as the Global Trading Manual (GTM).
