Head - Legal - Infrastructure - LLB/LLM

Our client is into infrastructure projects based in mumbai hiring for Legal head.

- LLB/LLM with a minimum 10 years of experience

- Experience in Infrastructure Sector would be preferred

- Candidates working with Law Firms, having experience of advising clients in Infrastructure sector can also be considered

Job Profile :

- Drafting and negotiating Joint Venture Agreements

- Drafting and negotiating Construction Contracts (Item Rate/Lump Sum Turn Key) and other related purchase contracts

- Understanding of BOT/PPP frameworks and related regulatory aspects in Indian Context,

- Managing and coordinating Arbitration Proceedings and other legal matters

- Understanding of Land Acquisition related acts, Title clearances, etc.

- Drafting different kind of Pleadings, MOU, Agreements, Contracts, Legal Notices, Complaints, Show Cause Notice, etc.

- To coordinate all matters pertaining to litigation/having legal implications with the external Advocates/legal Consultants and be the Organization's Representative in all the court matters.

- Drafting and negotiating legal documents related to Project/Infrastructure Finance, Structured Credit, Merger & Acquisitions.
