Location: Mumbai (Cuffe Parade) Designation: Open Job Description: i) Drafting, vetting &amp; reviewing all legal documents including Agreements/ MoUs /Legal Notices etc. (specific to the Healthcare Industry). (ii) Research on various legal issues. (iii) To assist &amp; brief the legal counsel in the matters pending in different courts &amp; tribunals. (iv) To assist in all Litigation related work including drafting, making court appearances etc. (v) To verify all legal documents for completeness and compliance. (vi) To assist in ensuring due implementation &amp; compliance under various Applicable Laws. (vii) Understanding and application of legal fundamentals, methods and procedures. Note : CS is Must.
