Incumbents from Maharashtra Area (Mumbai or Adjoining areas) / working experience in Maharashtra Region with knowledge of the legal aspects of FMCG sector will be given prior preference.

Qualification :

- LLB Degree ; A Master's degree will be an added advantage

- Must be an Advocate of the High Court of India at some point of time in his career.

Experience :

- 15 to 20 years of legal experience ideally in a leading organization, with a proven track record in Contract negotiation and drafting.

Overall Responsibility :

The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.

Should have good working exposure to :

- Legal risk

- Policy development

- Litigation management

- Regulatory compliance

- Contract negotiation

Administrative duties :

- Legal advisory and contracts management - 50%

- Regulatory support (Negotiations, contracts and compliance and facilities available) - 30%

- Risk management - 20%
