Responsibilities:

- Managing Company Secretarial and Compliance function

- Representing the organization for resolution of legal cases under various Statutes

- Understanding and experience of handling issues relating to Intellectual property and Trademarks

- Having good legal and secretarial knowledge on matters relating to Mergers and Acquisition

- Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders on compliance related matter

- Drafting proposals

- Due diligence

- Closure of deals
