- The opportunity is with a reputed Auto Ancillary Company having all reputed OEMs as its client and having 19 plants spread across India. - The Group is looking for a Legal Head plus Company Secretary with about 15-20 years of post qualification experience to based at their Corporate Office in Pune. - The position will report directly to the Managing Director of the Company and will have a team size of 10-12 people reporting into the position. The ideal candidate should have experience in : - All Laws as applicable in India - The candidate would be required to provide Legal support in Contract Management, Litigation support, Drafting and various Legal compliances relating to establishments, Factories and Labour Laws. - Expertise in Companies Act, FEMA- Provide secretarial support in terms of regular filings of returns, issue of notices, agendas, circulars - Good exposure in Merger &amp; Acquisition activities and legal provisions applicable - Should be able to handle a Merger / Acquisition transaction from the Legal standpoint and be a part of the overall team for the Transaction - Investor Relations &amp; Secretarial Compliance : Manage relationships with all the stakeholders and Investors in terms of relevant data and records provision.&nbsp; - Ensure compliance with Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI and Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time.
