A Well Reputed Aviation and Hospitality Training and Development Firm is looking to hire Head Of Legal.   Job Description :   - Must be very good in Civil, Criminal and Labour Laws  - Excellent drafting skills  - Providing legal support to various businesses within the firm  - Managing compliance  - Liasoning with investigation authorities related to legal matters of the company  Candidate Requirement  - Should be an LLB/LLM with 12-18 years of experience of which at least 3 years at a GM or AVP level with a reputed organization  - Preferably have spent 3-5 years with a reputed law firm and 10-12 years with corporate  - Should have thorough knowledge of contract and agreement drafting  - Sound knowledge of Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Consumer Disputes, Laws Relating Trade Marks, Copyright & Other Intellectual Property Rights And Labour Laws.  - Civil, Criminal Law & Labour Law knowledge MUST be very good.  - Must be good at Case Law Research in software research like Manupatra, SCC Online, DLT Online, LJ Soft, etc.  - While the position is based in Delhi, the incumbent should be open to travel any part of the Country for 10-14 days in a month and if required, even for more days.  Please apply in updated CV's ASAP as this is a very urgent role.
