Head - Legal - Corporate Laws

Qualifications:

Should possess Bachelors or Masters Degree in Law with specialization in Corporate law from a reputed university/ Institute

Experience:

Minimum of TEN to FIFTEEN years' experience in corporate law out of which at least two/three years should be in a lead position

Job Role:

Incumbent should be :

1. Able to critically examine the legal aspects and its repercussions.

2. Handle the representations the group companies in the courts of law as appropriate.

3. Handling the legal management of all litigations & disputes

4. Familiar with the latest developments in the company laws & statutes.

5. Verification & Validation of all contract documents & agreements signed on behalf of group companies

6. Organizing Cases in the respective courts of law as required on behalf of the group through practicing advocates.

7. Advising Top Management / Boards for compliance issues with respect to statutes and local laws.
