Head - Legal & Contracts - Waste Management Business

We are hiring for Head - Legal & Contracts position for our leading client in Waste Management space in Mumbai. Effective waste management and disposal would include fruitful utilization to convert waste to energy, construction products, compost, recycled materials, etc.

The position will report to the CEO.

The candidate will necessarily be from within the Project Industry ( preferably the Developer / Asset Model industry ). The candidate will carry with him a 10+ years of relevant experience and with necessary professional legal qualification.

The candidate will be responsible for all matters related to Contracts and Contract Management from within the Project Industry ( preferably the Developer / Asset Model industry ).

- Interaction level as would be required with the M&A (mergers and acquisitions) team pre deal closure. This though would be confined to the Contract Documents. Non-binding Term Sheet, SHA ( A shareholders' agreement), SPA ( sales and purchase agreement ), Indemnities or any other M&A transaction related documentation will not be a part of his responsibilities. The candidate though can lend support and feed into central team(HO) on business related matters for purpose of the transaction closure
