Role :

- To manage the entire Compliance and Legal activities of the organization.

- Smartly tackle the Audits and and help the organization to continue to be IRDAI compliant.

- 70% Compliance and 30% Legal where he or she will have to do vetting of certain agreements and documents as and when required by Business.

Ideal Candidate :

- Law graduate / Company Secretary(CS) with proven 8+ years of experience in compliance and legal from General Insurance or Insurance broking industry only.
