Designation - Head-Legal & compliance

Location - Gurgaon

Major Activities:

The responsibilities include but not limited to: (this list is non-exhaustive)

Drafting and vetting of routine contracts pertaining to property, license, non disclosure agreements, intellectual property rights etc., vetting tender documents, handling arbitration matters and civil suits before various courts of law should any arise and co-ordination with the panel of lawyers.

Legal documents: (to work closely with the Knowledge Management Team)

- Drafting and vetting, Bank guarantee, Indemnity Bonds if any, Undertakings and authority letters, vendor contracts, etc.

- Drafting and Vetting of all legal documents and co-ordination with the panel of lawyers to ensure documents are legally sound.

- Management of all Consultant Contracts.

- Who can provide all support as required for Regulatory including FSSAI Licenses, Product Approval with FSSAI. Deeply involved in setting quality parameters for Food and also in Product Approval applications.

- Prepares SOP's for Legal Function and including Contract management and managing other legal affairs.

- Managing all legal affairs of company including legal matters at various courts, various Contracts, approvals, advisory etc.

- Who are Dealing with Labor related issues, labor laws etc. - contract labour, min. wages act, PF act etc.

- Proving management with legal solutions in the matter of IPR & FEMA.

- Who are Dealing with the laws pertaining to the Company viz., RBI Act, Labour Laws, Environmental Laws, Contract Act, Securities Contract and Regulation Act, etc.

Compliance:

- Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Manages day-to-day operation of the Program.
