Head - Legal Compliance - BPO/KPO

This is a Global role managing compliance & managing the legal team across 10 Geo's. The position will be based out of Mumbai and this is for a BPO / KPO MNC Nasdaq Listed client.

- Will report to the Group General Council and Will rigorously work towards driving code of business ethics & conduct across the origination.

- Would be directly responsible for driving Compliance related training/ calendar across the organization across Geo's.

Looking at someone with :

- International exposure and worked for a NASDAQ listed companies.

- The role is only open to applicant from IT/ITeS/BPO space.

- Has run a compliance program and has the ability to maintain rhythm for these programmes.

- Data Protection, Intellectual Property, obtaining collections and other regulatory licenses in Europe and US.

- It would be helpful if this person has experience in dealing with public companies, especially foreign listed.

- Need a Hands on compliance role.

- Should come from a good law school. Preference will be for a foreign degree as that gives a sense that they have an international perspective.
