- Managing and resolving critical litigations in close tandem with Group Compliance & external stakeholders

- Facilitating procurement of licenses and certifications as per the business needs

- Identifying and advising on Compliance and Risk areas on account of internal as well as external regulatory developments.

- Assimilating and educating the business and internal stakeholders on regulatory compliances and policies

- Managing, leading& grooming a team of Legal & compliance managers along with Identifying their current capabilities and developmental needs of the team
