Job Description-Strategy & Planning & Process & Execution & Compliance & Regulatory & Stakeholder Management
1. Ensures the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations by developing and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, and communicating with stakeholders.
2. Provide specialist advice and guidance to Executive and Non Executive Directors on all matters of governance, legality, risk, compliance and business conduct and will manage and reconcile conflicting views in relation to governance issues.
3.Organizes and manages Board / Annual General Meetings and all related work including issuance of notice, drafting agenda, and preparing required reports
4 Liaisons with the concerned stakeholders on the agendas in board meetings to ensure their timely execution
5 Oversee the resolution of shareholder grievances, including issues related to the transfer of stocks. Ensure all actions comply with legal and regulatory standards
6 Reviews, negotiates, and vets contracts, legal documents, and agreements to they are in best interest of the organisation
7 Provides strategic and operational guidance, aiding them in the management of litigation issues such as contract disputes and product liability
8 Directs team to prepare and maintain necessary documents, company records, list of directors, annual reports etc., as required under the relevant statutory acts
