- Lead Legal and Compliance dept.

- Manage & guide team of legal professionals.

- Advise management on all legal matters.

- Manage external counsels & law firms.

- Manage Drafting, reviewing & negotiation of commercial agreements and other transactional documents.

- Implement a robust and dependable compliance framework.

- Review and comply with requirement of various regulators.

- Advice on corrective and preventative measures related to legal risk.

- Train team members on legal issues, policies.

Candidate requirement:

- LLB with minimum 15 years of experience in BFSI sector.

- Excellent knowledge about laws related to financial services.
