Work Experience

- Post qualification with 12+ working experience in an industrial or corporate set up.

Responsibilities:

- Advising and managing (with or without outside counsel) labour and other corporate/commercial matters at a manufacturing set up. Represent appropriately before statutory authorities for any enquiry eg. workmen compensation, ESI, PF, Bonus Act etc.

- Managing statutory compliance relevant to a manufacturing site setup.

- Provide legal guidance and advice in purchasing and other commercial contracts/transactions relevant to a manufacturing set up.

- Assist site management in managing external (government and non-government) stakeholders.

- Assist in implementing the company's ethics and compliance program including providing training to employees
