Job Description :

Should be - Contract, Agreement, Litigation, Empanelment of Lawyer, Advocate Management, Legal Secretarial Overview and good knowledge and exposure,

- Should be exposure of Board Meetings and should play a role of advisory

- Strong knowledge in Financial Statements Interpretation.

- Strong knowledge of Bank Agreement and Loan Agreement.

- Strong Knowledge of Working Capital Management.

- Strong knowledge in Company Act Laws.

- Should be sounds good in joint venture working culture and policies.

- Must be Past Exposure of - Merger & Acquisition

Merger : Acquisition Merger Process and policy

Acquisition - Must be very good in Agreements and other documents
