Hiring Retail Leasing Head

Location: New Delhi

Qualification: MBA

Position Summary:

The candidate will be working on the business plans & strategy of the upcoming project and interacting with the respective cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies for the upcoming project to align with overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive Blandscape to inform strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of retail spaces Bwithin the projects.

- Set and manage budgets for retail operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and Bachieving financial targets.

- Build and lead a high-performing retail team, providing clear direction and support to achieve business goals

- Build a network of Clients and Channel Partners in order to source business through both direct marketing and networking with IPCs & the local broker network

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in retail operations.

- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.

- Responsible for the retail leasing portfolio - develop the tenant mix strategy, negotiating lease terms & conditions with prospective tenants, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

- MBA with minimum 18 years of experience with a real estate firm, retail leasing or retail industry

- Strong negotiation skills
