My client is looking for a Real Estate professional specializing in Leasing/ Land acquisitions/build to suit options for large Corporates.

The incumbent must have extensive experience in Corporate Commercial transactions & advisory services.

Key Responsibilities include :

- Marketing/business development/land acquisitions/ space leasing/built to suit options for the corporate clients.

- Drive negotiations & leasing of the Commercial space to corporate clients in Bangalore

- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

- Involve in studying the Real Estate market trends of Bangalore and understands the supply and demand situation.
