Client Details

Our client is a new entrant in the co-working industry as a result of a JV with a leading real estate developer

Description

- Responsible for overall tenant and lease management for all existing and future commercial properties across India.

- Manage all tenant relationships and be the single point contact for tenant related issues.

- Build and manage a network of Channel Partners and customers

- Identify leads, manage all channel partners, brokers and international property consultants (IPC's)

Profile

- About 10-12 years experience in Commercial real estate and leasing

- Strong relevant experience in dealing with International Property Consultants (IPC) or experience with a leading commercial real estate developer.

- In-depth knowledge of Real estate property development and management
