- Training Strategy and conduct the Training Need Analysis in line with the Competency Framework
- The incumbent will review needs, design, develop, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs that build managerial and leadership capabilities for the organization.
- Leadership and talent development interventions as per the business needs
- To execute learning strategy/solution - To deliver high impact talent, leadership and management development interventions/solutions that meet organization/ business requirements.
- Will provide consultation to business stakeholders to design and deliver tailored development interventions to drive the learning agenda.
