Job Profile:
- Develop learning strategies from need identification to solution provider.
- Execute and assess the development plans of employees and help them make the most of learning opportunities.
- Effective in overall program Management from a broader sense of Governance and Technology.
- Designing and implementing Learning Interventions and facilitating the same
- Efficient implementation of career architecture plan as per business requirements
- Instrumental in bringing the digital transformation in learning modules, methodologies & assessment tools.
- Active participation in the capability development of the employees from a Talent Management perspective.
Candidate Profile:
- Exp : 15-18 years of Experience.
- Good business acumen and can work individually.
- Has led L&D function in past and has in depth knowledge of the function
- Fast learner, who can work independently.
- Good communication and personality since incumbent will be partnering with global stakeholders.
- High maturity levels as the incumbent will be partnering with senior stakeholders and handling a senior team.
