Job Position: Head OD & Learning

Job Location - Bangalore

Job Description :

- This position is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly leaders and critical talents.

- Will be responsible to work building organization culture, driving performance management, work on HR process re-engineering projects based on business needs from time to time.

- Responsible to drive digitization initiatives within the OD & L&D areas, including HR process

- Work on organization design including clear job descriptions, job evaluation and career paths for talent

- Benchmark HR practices and bring new ideas and ways of working to drive productivity, engagement and development of teams
