An exciting opportunity to lead and shape the Learning and OD strategy for IT Services company.
As a senior Team member of the Human Resources team, you will design, develop and implement the Learning & OD strategy to meets the short and long term business needs and will play a critical role in ensuring continued business growth and success.
(IT Services Experience is mandatory)
Main responsibilities :
OD :
- Create the Organizational Development Strategy
- Anchor Change management initiatives within the organization
- Work extensively on succession planning Initiatives such as 360 Degree, Project Specific Inputs etc.,
- Sustaining Behavioral competency framework and embedding it closely with employee life cycles
- To design and facilitate internal HR interventions aligned to the needs of the Business along with HR Business partners
- Create an exhaustive and sustainable leadership learning framework and Top Talent Management framework
Learning :
- Develop and deliver a successful global learning strategy (Technical and Behavioral) in collaboration with Business Leaders
- Responsible for innovation in learning design and the development of a range of delivery methods to meet the needs of the business,
- Ongoing development of Learning Academy
- Providing excellent coaching and development of the team of L&D & OD partners to ensure their continued performance, engagement and development.
- Effective management of relationships with external bodies, partners and training organizations
- Effectively manage the L&D budget
Person specification :
- HR Qualification from premier institute. L&D and OD knowledge gained through the significant experience working in the L&D and OD Field
- Track record in delivering successful projects in the above field and creating impact business impact. Supporting organizational change, influencing, building and sustaining relationships to achieve results.
- Commitment to continuous organizational improvement and ability to be the change catalyst.
- Innovative solutions driven approach and excellent stakeholder management capabilities with proven ability to influence and work positively with stakeholders at all level.
Experience : 8 - 10 years overall experience with 5 years + in IT services
