Our client is a leading global media communication group based in Mumbai.

Role : Head - Learning and Organisation Development

Job Profile :

1. Responsible to lead L&D and OD function for the group

2. Responsible for setting up L&D function from scratch and also align global programs based on the India region needs

2. Develop and implement learning strategies, programs & policies that are aligned with the organisations objectives

3. Audit and map learning needs across levels and accordingly design a training strategy

4. Partner with leadership to develop and implement change management processes

5. Liaison with global L&D teams to implement global training programs and tools

Candidate Profile :

1. 12-16 years of experience of strong L&D and OD

2. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex and diverse environment

3. Hands-on experience in implementation and facilitation of L&D programs

4. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
