Design and deployment of effective organization-wide Learning programs. 2. Execution and evaluation of Learning strategy across the BU 3. Sourcing and selection of resources, internal and external trainers and facilitators 4. Ensure quality, speed, and efficiency in the delivery of learning insights. 5. Manage budget and cost effectiveness 6. Stakeholder Management 7. Interaction with leadership to identify learning needs and ensure effective implementation of scalable, repeatable learning solutions.
