Scope of the Role:
- Responsible for driving business outcomes (conversion and customer experience) through training interventions
- Role would cover the entire expanse of the frontline team across all channels
- Responsible for creating and owning the strategic training roadmap for the entire sales team (approximately 800 staff members including franchise store staff)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Primary owner of "training as a business lever" in the entire ecosystem
- Influence training outcomes through focus on content, delivery, training systems and audit
- He/She will need to identify training needs, build a capable training team structure, lead the development of training content and develop a training calendar to serve general training needs as well as specialised or individual training needs
- Development of the bench strength for organization's for frontline roles across all channels.
- Ensuring training runs in sync with the business requirements, with timely interventions
- Drive organizations towards a world class customer experience organization.
The Right Candidate:
- 8-10 years of experience in L&D
- Should have worked in a frontline sales role in organized retail
- Ability to be flexible & an unstructured environment
- Passion to drive excellence through learning interventions.
- Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage
