Develop and Implement Training Strategy:

- Integrate e-learning platforms, simulations, and other innovative tools into the training curriculum.

Performance Measurement:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the annual training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality training initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align training programs with organizational goals.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain support for learning and development initiatives.

Compliance and Regulatory Training:
