- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Manage and oversee all training programs, including identifying training needs, designing curriculum, and delivering training sessions.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop targeted interventions.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all learning and development activities.
