Role: Head L&D

Team size: 20-25

Reporting to : Head HR

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge and experience in L&D in a retail setup

- Managed a large team across geographies

- Ensure the quality of learning experiences and the delivery of E-Learning/Learning within the organization is innovative, effective and relevant.

- Thought leadership - the ability to plan and implement the L&D strategy for the organization

- Coach, mentor and challenge staff in providing best-in-class L&D expertise

Experience:

- Sectors: BFSI, Retail, Telecom, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharma, Healthcare, Logistics

- Education: MBA

- 8-15 years- experience in L&D
