Position: Head of Learning and Development
Location: Mumbai or Delhi
Role and Responsibilities:
As the Head of Learning and Development, you will be entrusted with the strategic leadership of our learning initiatives. Your role will encompass:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with our business goals and industry best practices.
- Leadership: Lead a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Learning Architecture: Design and curate learning programs that cater to diverse learning styles and ensure the growth of our employees at all levels.
- Technology Integration: Leverage cutting-edge learning technologies to deliver engaging and effective training experiences.
- Measurement and Analysis: Establish metrics to evaluate the impact of learning programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external experts, and industry partners to bring forth fresh perspectives and ideas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior-level learning and development role.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing innovative learning strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of learning technologies and their practical applications.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in measuring learning program outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
