We have a urgent requirement for head-Learning and Development at Renowned Automobile company in their PCBU division, at Sanand/Ahmedabad Location.

Experiance required: 7 to 10 Year

Salary Band width:As per market standard

Qualification Required:MBA from Premier School.

Reporting to Administrative Head of HR

Grade :TM 5.

Preferred Industry/ Organizations: Experience in

- Learning and Development Function

- Automobile / Manufacturing

Job Description:

Support the learning lead in creating the learning agenda & ensure design, development, delivery and post program effectiveness for all learning initiatives at Sanand PCBU plant in line with the business strategy and organization vision.

1. Training Need Analysis and prioritization of focus areas, for both functional and behavioral areas, for all functions in Sanand PCBU and finalizing annual curriculum/training plan/training calendar through frequent meetings and acquainting with all the employees in-charge of.

2. Providing design inputs to the Instructional Design Team to develop the required programmes

3. Drive specific learning initiatives as branded programmes across Sanand PCBU through internal / external assistance

4. Design and Execution of Individual Development Plan for each of the 525 professionals

5. Identification of new faculty (internal and external), Monthly training MIS.

6. Accountable for 100% accomplishment through training metrics, for eg. Fill rate and training reach and implementing the training calendar.

7. Ensure Training Effectiveness and Transfer of Learning

8. Implementing specific training inputs for the talent pool in line with inputs received from the corporate office.

PERFORMANCE METRICS:

1.Fill rate 2.Training Reach 3.Gallup Training Scores 4.Training Feedback scores (eg: CIRO I & II)

Knowledge Requirements:

1.Knowledge of training concepts, methods, pedagogies etc.

2.Excellent facilitation skills in in select areas.

3.Exposure to design and implementation of functional training.

4.Business acumen, and Knowledge of Auto Industry.
