Head - Learning & Development - Online/Internet

Xperia has been retained by a Unicorn to identify a L&D Head.

The job will entail:

1. Design and Execute Organizational Development projects

2. Familiarity with setting up internal LMS, designing and executing online learning for blue & white collared employees

3. End to End design and execution of Operations Training in areas of Process & System

4. End to End design and execution of essential workplace skills for frontline population

5. Capability enhancement through internal L&D team, ops SMEs and external consultants for seamless execution of training calendar

6. Technical and Behavioral Competency Development with SMEs

7. Interface with clients on service level performance and corrective measures

8. Employee Engagement Responsibilities:

a. Executing and ensuring effectiveness of employee onboarding processes - including customized onboarding plans for senior role holders

b. Monitoring and ensuring effective utilization of PAN India Quarterly R&R for off roll and on roll

Desired Skills:

- Incumbent must be able to work independently and must be proactive with Assertive communication skills.

- Candidates must have 12-20 Years of experience in the E-commerce/ services/ logistics industry.
