We are hiring for Head Learning and Development ( GM) for India's largest mobile tower installation company based at Gurgaon.

Job Details :

Location : Gurgaon

Grade : GM

Role : Corporate

Nature of Role : Team Management / Vertical Role

Reports to : CHRO

Experience : 15+ years of exp, preferably last 5-6 years in a L&D Lead Role in a big organization - with experience in establishing, stabilizing and improving L&D processes and systems ; Exp in managing Large Workforces

Education : Graduate and MBA HR ( Regular Only)

People Dimensions : Direct Reportees

Knowledge Required : L&D/HR - with Learning and Development in-depth knowledge; Knowledge of changing trends in human capital across the globe

Skills / Competencies : Results Focussed, thinks from a business perspective while meeting learning and development objectives, business outcome driven with a solution mindset

Job Purpose

Develop and drive Learning Development Strategy aligned with the organization mission, values and BHAGs and ensure creation and timely implementation of road maps in order to meet the performance and potential development needs of all the employees at Indus Towers.
