Department Head - Behavioral & Organization Projects Implementation :
- Responsible for behavioral capability development through competency development, learning program facilitation and through support to Business team projects
- Design, develop, implement organization project following the OD initiatives steps & implement in a systematic approach.
Department Head - Competency Development, Organization wide Projects implementation :
- Responsible for development of functional competency framework - identification of competencies, dictionaries, fixing of RPL
- Support in organization wide initiatives from time to time using the organization development approach.
Training Coordinator :
- Responsible for maintenance of learning data, interventions planned & implemented by central team, coordinate in identifying participants of programs, consolidation of competency data.
- Monitor budget on a monthly basis & ensure the spent amount is within the budget wrt all learning initiatives.
Admin-in-charge :
- Responsible for administration & maintenance of the Learning and Development Centre, Guest House and Murugappa Cricket Ground
- Ensure upkeep & cleanliness. Also, support in other TII level admin activities on need basis.
Base Educational Qualification : Graduate with MBA-HR
Threshold Educational Qualification : Certification in Facilitation skills, OD Tools - knowledge & administration viz MBTI, DISC etc.
Key Decisions :
- Identification of leadership, second-line & managerial pool development interventions
- Rolling out organization wide initiatives best suiting the BU needs
- Training and workshop's content finalization and delivery methodology utilizing internal & external SMEs
- Partnering with right resources to make the learning experience better for all
- Prepare & recommend learning & organization development strategy to meet business expectations
- Finalizing & rolling out Leadership related OD initiatives as per Division / platform needs.
