Learning & Development Head opening with leading manufacturing group of companies in Chennai.

1. Department Head - Behavioral & Organization Projects Implementation:

- Responsible for behavioral capability development through competency development, learning program facilitation and through support to Business team projects

- Design, develop, implement organization project following the OD initiatives steps & implement in a systematic approach.

2. Department Head : Competency Development, Organization wide Projects implementation: Responsible for development of functional competency framework - identification of competencies, dictionaries, fixing of RPL; support in organization wide initiatives from time to time using the organization development approach.

3. Training Coordinator: Responsible for maintenance of learning data, interventions planned & implemented by central team, coordinate in identifying participants of programs, consolidation of competency data. Monitor budget on a monthly basis & ensure the spent amount is within the budget wrt all learning initiatives.

4. Admin-in-charge: Responsible for administration & maintenance of the Learning and Development Centre.
