The job holder of this position is responsible for the delivery of training programs to the entire Unit including streamlining Industrial Training and Leadership Trainings in the plant. 


- The Larger purpose is to standardize the process and ensure that performance management and Appraisals are transparent and only skill-based.


- The person will ensure career path and development needs are being prioritized and documented. Must take 100 % ownership.

Criteria-

1. B.Tech and HR

2. Must have worked as engineer then moved to L&D

3. Candidate with aviation experience preferred. 


4. Will be responsible for end to end LnD designing industrial training framework, creating training models and modules, customized training content, technical skills development, skills grading mechanism, technical skills assessment, leadership competency mapping, assessment and development.
