- Co-ordination with external training agencies;Concept/content development/delivery of training

- Training attendance monitoring/feedback/effectiveness measurement(especially for Operations training)

- MIS report related progress in L&D (Man-hours spent/Budget vs. Actual/coverage in different categories of employees/Planned training vs. Actual/variance)
