- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs
- Work closely with various leaders across the organization and understand their units and training requirements
- Provide regular communication to the leadership team regarding training outcomes and metrics and to employees on learning and development events and resources
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
- To review the effectiveness of training and promote the transfer of learning to the workplace for ensuring a return on training investments.
- Facilitate workshops in behavioral areas like training and coaching skills, team building, personal effectiveness.
- To identify areas of internal expertise and develop internal trainers and guide them in designing and delivering training modules.
- Teach training methods and skills to instructors to enhance the learning experience
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
- To plan and control the training budget and ensure expenditures are within budget and in compliance with established financial standards.
- Make capability development a competitive advantage for the Company to attract talent and win customers
- Develop unique and dynamic experiences to accelerate learning curves
- Set and drive strategy for closing the leadership development gap for Senior Managers and above
- To develop and review L&D procedures and practices on a regular basis and benchmark them against the best practices in the industry
