Head - Learning & Development - Hospitality

Position is at the Group level.

This Head of L&D opportunity will be responsible for the planning and direction of all Learning & Development strategies across the group and therefore requires someone with proven experience in L&D design, development and implementation.

The Head of Learning & Development responsibilities will include driving the overall L&D agenda and aligning it with key HR & Business stakeholders. This will involve driving behavioural change, leading strategic initiatives and designing and delivering innovative people solutions that can meet both the short and long term objectives and business

This Head of L&D role will also have accountability for the end to end L&D agenda with defined ROI objectives.
