The person would be responsible to manage overall talent development and employee training initiatives.
- Create and Implement comprehensive development interventions to build a strong talent pipeline and support continuous business growth.
- Driving discussions with Line Managers to support in creating quality
- Individual Development Plans for all associates in line with their aspirations and competencies required for the job.
- Leverage Performance Management System in identifying training needs, discussions with Line/Business Managers to diagnose individual / group challenges, conceptualise the development intervention and ensure roll out.
- Design and delivery of Assessment/Development Centres
- Prepare and review training budget
