Role purpose:
Design and Drive Learning and Capability strategy.
Liaise with Group, Region and Corporate teams to understand business requirement.
Design and drive coherent strategy to provide competitive business advantage.
Capability Development
- Create a national L&D roadmap, aligned with Group's L&D strategy to support existing & new business growth.
- Institutionalize the competency framework and evolve a capability building methodology.
Employee Engagement
Design interventions to build the culture by sustaining employee engagement index through effective engagement interventions.
