The purpose of this role is to define and implement the Learning and Development strategy, plans and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the organisation's Strategic Priorities. The role holder will lead the center of expertise to execute Training & Development strategy in partnership with the HRBPs by designing initiatives aligned to business needs and ensure effective execution of Training plans, resulting in competency enhancement, leadership development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Work with HRBPs to Identify training needs aligned to functional and business objectives :

- Design blended Training solutions to meet the identified training and development needs

- Identify suitable faculty for programs (external and internal)

- Evaluate training effectiveness

- Partner with reputed institutions for developing leadership capabilities at middle and senior levels

- Leverage technology to deliver cutting edge learning experience to employees, Drive adoption of technology enabled-Training initiatives across the organization

- Administer LMS and e-learning courses to provide excellent user experience

- Partner with internal/external Subject Matter Experts to develop custom e-Training modules
