- To act as a central point of contact for all training related activities at the Head office & Sales force (Stores)
- Inter-act with all External Vendors for finalization of the calendar, content and deliverables
- Create a culture of assessments and run both Long-term & Short-term Developmental programs
- Act as the custodian for the Yearly Training calendar and ensure all deadlines are successfully met
- To facilitate the design of E-Learning modules for Induction and other necessary trainings required for the Sales team across the country
- Tie-up with other professional bodies and Institutes on Fashion & Retail management courses for employee's Long term development
- Ensure training practices result in enhanced performance of store sales team by having a good pre and post training audit strategy
- Ensure reporting of training ROIs to the Top management team and conduct proper analysis on the MIS reports for a timely action
- Work very closely with HR and Sales Heads to create a canvas for future leadership development
